Principal agent and owner Michelle Dross-Berndt has over 25 years of insurance knowledge and experience since beginning her career in a part-time role at the Dross Agency in the town of Merton, Wisconsin while attending college at Carroll University in 1994. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) professional designations. Michelle’s agency was named the Erie Insurance Giving Network Agency of the Year in 2014, and was also awarded a $2500 grant to the Susan G. Komen SW WI on her behalf through the West Bend Insurance Agency’s Grants for her work in fighting breast cancer.

Service and true passion are never far from home. Allegiant Insurance Agency is on Wolf River Drive/Main St corner in the historic “bank” building.
